I need some M6 machine screw & nuts with integral washers (k nut type).

I can't find them anywhere! Can anyone recommend where to buy them cheaply online with quick delivery?

Just to clarify I want M6 bolts with screw heads and hex nuts with integrated metal washer.

M6 machine screws are widely available.

M6 machine screws with integral washers are called "sems units".

Nuts with integral-washer-that-revolves-independently are specialist (ring your friendly local fastener supplier), but you may be thinking of a "flange nut".
