I need a firedoor for the bedroom of my loft conversion. I'v been looking, but only found one supplier so far. Does anyone have a recommendation of a good supplier for a firedoor in the UK? Size of around 1990x690mm...
If anyone has horror stories of who to avoid I'd appreciate it too...

Magnet do a range of fire doors - some of them available in 6'6" x 2'3" - which is pretty much the right size.
Have a look at
Got my ones in Wicks. They had two or three choices IIRC, plane vaneer faces, and a pseudo panel dooor with either 4 or 6 panels.
Look ok when up. Take car however since the things are 'kin heavy!
Get help carrying them up the stairs!
