I need a light for a small utility room/cupboard (~1m x 2m)
Main requirements are:
Low profile - I've rigged up some washing lines running ~25cm below the ceiling. They're separated by about 40cm, and I want to put the light in the gap. I can put a second light somewhere to fill in shadows if necessary, but I think one will be fine.
Cool - halogens are right out, because they'll burn a hole in the washing. Plus there's loft insulation above, and I can't be faffed creating a clear space around to it to ensure adequate ventilation unless I really have to.
For once, cosmetics don't really matter. But reasonably bright would be good - preferably enough to work by since just about every piece of plumbing in the flat goes through this room.
Would something like:
Screwfix 15608 fit the bill? 18W, which I'm guessing is roughly equivalent to a 100W bulb, and I'm assuming it should run quite cool being fluorescent? Or is that overkill - would 13W be enough?
TIA,
Ben
