IKEA missing parts

Ages ago I bought a computer workstation. Perfect for the room and the alcove it fits in. Still in use. The runners for the keyboard shelf were missing, so went back to sort it out on a Saturday morning. Every man and his dog were returning stuff - queue estimated at about 3 hours.

So I went into the warehouse, opened the appropriate box up, and walked out with the missing parts. Hoping to get stopped so I could tell them what I thought of them.

For participants in this group, anything is possible.

But OK, I could have phrased that better.

Not a delivery. I picked it up, and made sure the box was sealed. I left the other one open, obviously.

Ah. There goes another fine theory... Good strategy on your part.

In my experience with flat pack wardrobes the back panel also serves the purpose in holding the all four sides square and stops the long sides shifting from the 90 degrees when being moved.

There are many different types of gorilla glues and products so you need to specify type.

Thanks for that. I've never looked at the make in detail but I was misled by the general tendency to refer to "Gorilla Glue" as if there was just the one variety.
