I don't like Hermes

I don't like Hermes (but I like DPD).I was waiting for a parcel when I started receiving contradictoryemails from Hermes. One said the delivery would take place in acertain timeslot. One said it was postponed until the next day. Onesaid the delivery had taken place. I phoned Hermes. They said theywould get the local manager to contact me.Next thing the delivery driver phoned to say he was here (in his vanthat is, when I live in a top floor flat). I asked why I had beengiven wrong information and he became hostile, asking if I wanted myparcel or not. I went down to collect it. He said it was nothing todo with him as he did not work for Hermes. He said he had been roundearlier and no-one was in (untrue) but he was unable to tell me whichflat he had been to. Finally he said I could complain about him if Iwanted but it would achieve 'fuck all'.
