Hi all,
I need to change the memories on my phone (a Binatone Avon 200) but can neither remember how to do it nor find the manual! Being as most people on this group would sooner gnaw their own limbs off than throw away a manual, I'm desperately hoping someone has access to one and can tell me what I need to know :)

Funny, that - I have precisely the same problem with a Binatone Speakerphone 8!! I tried uk.telecom a while ago but got no takers... can I hijack your thread, in case anyone has a manual for that one!

"Yeah right" I thought. But nothing ventured nothing gained, so I tried emailing their customer services via the website, asking how to store numbers. And swipe me sideways, I got a reply - and a correct one to boot! I'm reproducing the answer below in case it helps the OP (this is for their "speakerphone 8" model, although if he's reading this I'd suggest he emails Binatone too.
"To re-store a number in memory you need to first lift the handset and press the program button. Then enter the phone number you want to store. Press the program button again. Then the memory location number where you want to store the number and replace handset."
