It you can remove the lock covers, lock "snapping" might be worth a try.

What's the symptom? e.g key won't turn? Key turns partway only? Key turns all the way but doesn't engage with lock? etc...

thanks guys , managed to get it to turn with a bit of shoogling :-)

its been very interesting though , learning about these euro locks - very frightening

Euro lock? Blimey does that mean its been designed by the EU via a committee who never understand each other perhaps? Brian
