I like the recommendation that wind/solar should be sold as "firm" rather than "intermittent" power, i.e. make the windmills provide their own bloody batteries.
Isn't it nice to see some decent in-depth analysis. And as Mearns points out, Helm delivered this pretty quickly too.
What are the chances of getting some of these ideas implemented, though.
