*model* and the ISO *stack*.The ISO protocol stack never really stood a realistic chance of broad adoption. That became apparent as early as the early to mid 80s.

I have connected the local police, and had a chat with a very nice man who deals with Internet abuse, harassment, stalking, etc. I told him about you and that this crap has been going on your years and that whole threads on Google confirm the fact. He said they could act if the ISP does not. They usually contact the ISP if they don't do anything, if it continues they can invoke the law.
So lets' get down to basics. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY POSTS. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS? I do not respond to yours and never have done unless provocation is there, so DO NOT respond to any of mine. Otherwise you may in problems not with your ISP but the LAW. You have now been openly informed and if you continue to act as you do, action will be taken against you. If you do continue after being publicly made aware of your actions you will not be helping yourself at all.

Mr Plowman. Suing is civil law. You are breaking the criminal law. This was confirmed to me by the police. There are countless threads where you have no contribution and your only posts are to respond to me in a provocative manner. This clearly points to harassment, provocation, etc. A criminal act. I'd love to be a fly on the wall when you make your complaint. What will you say when asked for your name? You are right round the twist of course, but it does raise interesting issues about whether you can harass someone who doesn't exist in any real sense of the word. If I lure Dr.Drivel to a secluded spot and beat his brains in, then I guess any previous online exchanges might have legal significance but, without his personal details, there is no one to harass.
