Fault with Mira Excel Shower

shower stopped working. i dismantel shower,not cartridge, and cleaned. turnon shower worked for approx 20 seconds then stopped. cannot get it to work

Stopped as in no water coming out, or stopped as in not maintaining temperature?

Exposed valve version or flush mounting?

Well it came from Home owners club, and they seem to collect people who only give half the story or maybe its that snazzy crap interface that mixes all the years up together. Brian
