Selling my parents' home, so have had to get an EPC done
It has cavity wall insulation (the part about "solid brick" must refer to the garage, and the "limited insulation" in a flat rood is probably actually zero insulation from a conservatory converted into a utility room decades ago.
The rather daft recommendations it makes are ...
underfloor insulation with a 30 year payback period
solar water heating with a 44 year payback
PV panels not *that* ludicrous at 6 years payback
But not even a suggestion to improve the 100mm of loft insulation, surely that would be the easiest "win"?
