Anyone had dealings with the new Ebay payments?Before, if I sold anything, I'd get an email from Ebay saying it was sold.And a confirmation from Paypal that it had been paid for. Pretty wellinstantly. Ebay are now set meant to pay direct into my bank account. I think.Sold an expensive item on Sunday. No emails of any sort confirming it -but have had other routine emails from Ebay since.Buyer is champing at the bit for the goods, says he paid by Paypal, butneither my bank account or Paypal one shows this credit. Seems he was toldit would be late getting to my bank account due to the bank holiday - butjust checked and no credits there. I'm obviously not releasing the goods until I know I've been paid. But dofeel for the buyer who I'm pretty certain is genuine.

Bought/sold a car recently - several thousand pounds transferred instantly, both ways, different banks.

Sadly, you can say the same about many near monopolies. Price you pay for the convenience of them.
