Re the various comments in here about couriers and delays...
I have a theory.
When tracking says "we have received your parcel" it may mean the courier's representative/company in China or Hong Kong has received it, not the courier in the UK.
I have a parcel on the way allegedly from Tamworth that has taken 10 days to reach the national hub in the UK and one from Hong Kong which is shown as "in transit to Evri" then in transit from Yuen Long to Hong Kong.
What does the team think?
