Amazon's system seems fine as long as everything follows it to the letter but a grain of sand brings it crashing down.
I was expecting a parcel yesterday which reached its final delivery destination (although unnamed) in the early hours, delivery promised for yesterday.
No sign of it but tracking showed it had again reached its final delivery destination (Southampton, which is my final delivery destination) at
17:45. I thought it was unlikely to be delivered but checked back and by about 8 p.m. it had reached its final delivery destination of Milton Keynes. Current shown as likely to be delivered by 13 June.
Wonder what grain of sand caused this chaos.
