Luxury. Our nearest bank is Two trains, a bus, 3 plane flights and a boat ride away. AND its only open every alternate Thursday.
I do remmeber when RBS planned to close their Branch in Castlebay, they said but there's one in Tobermory
I know it's not yards but are the different sizes not enough ? We're not yet that American.

You can make pizzas for 10s of pence. You can make alcohol from food waste or even paper. From previous comments I'd not expect you to buy them from the coop :)

Saw something giving the price of a pint of 'beer' in pubs close to underground stations. Ranged from about 2-6 quid. Tourists, of course, think West End prices must be the same everywhere in London. ;-)

In my experience the co-op chain of shops are the most expensive places to buy anything even in the shithole areas of the country.
Not always.
And I spent quite a while doing a lot of shopping in ouyr local one. I had over £400 in reward points to use up, after MIL's funeral.
