Blum hinge screws

Can anyone suggest a source for replacement parts for Blum hinges ? As an example, I need a specialised locking screw (which looks a bit like a mushroom)for a 170 degree hinge. I appreciate one approach is simply to buy a purchase a replacement set and cannabalise - but am wondering if there is a cheaper approach.

Thanks Paul

Hmm - have a look at the Blum site to identify the screw. They have extensive PDFs of their current products.

Post a photo (if you have a screw already) or identify in catalogue (if possible). (I have a fair number of other bits and pieces but don't think I can help from your description.)

Isaac Lord (in High Wycombe and mail/net) stock a lot of Blum parts.

Your local household waste amenity point (OK - rubbish dump) is likely to handle significant quantities of defunct kitchen units - probably often with hardware still attached. Maybe ask them or contact any kitchen fitters in your area?

When I wanted some drawer slides for an obsolete set of blum drawers I rang Blum up (Tel.: 01908 285 700 from their website) and the very nice customer service bloke found me a couple free of charge! Mind you they were for an 25 year old set of drawers.

If you can identify the part number, we have about 3000 blum hinges in stock, I am sure I can find one that suits you and put it in an envelope.
