WTF is "sent with loud effect" from an Iphone? I know it's something incompatible (as Apple always is) with a non-Apple phone, but does it mean the person is shouting or what?

I love all my XP machines with outlook express....life is too short to wait a moment for windows 10 and microsoft mail ......
agree 100%...I have went back to XP and OE ........ I ditched my windows 10 machine...I go back to it now and again to remind myself how bad it is with the dire microsoft mail ...... just another example of progress not being for the better...
Yes, much better to wait hours for XP to boot up, then crash, then restart it later when it gets bogged down, then realise it's not compatible with any current hardware.
What model of steam engine do you use to power it?
