Are Torberry connectors no longer in business?

I recently looked for a Torberry connector tool but was disappointed to find that the torberry.co.uk web site no longer exists and a search didn't bring up anything very useful.

There's quite a few people selling torberry connectors but there doesn't seem to be a company presence of any sort.

Does anyone have any information about what's happened?

While I'm at it, are special tools available for removing Torberry connector contacts (the most used 30 amp ones)?

Vandapower acquired Torberry Connectors Ltd in November 2021. The acquisition allowed Vandapower to expand its presence, with Torberry's UK-based operations integrating into the Vandapower group to serve customers from locations in Belgium, the UK, and the USA. This merger combines their expertise in battery and charger connector

Do you mean the Anderson Powerpole connectors that Torberry used to sell?

There are lots of suppliers of genuine and copied connectors. I find that a small screwdriver works well for releasing the catch that secures the contacts.

OK, thanks, Why didn't they make torberry.co.uk redirect to there? :-)

Never heard of Torberry connectors, the look rather like Anderson Powerpoles, do they work with each other?

They are the same thing, I think.

I think Torberry sold Anderson connectors or were agents for Anderson.

There are ‘Chinese copies’ of Anderson connectors around but the ones I had from Torberry always seemed genuine. The ‘Chinese copies’ tend not to lock together as solidly - a dot of Superglue gets around this.
