I have tried twice on separate days to order a repeat prescription using the app on my iPad the initial screen opens without the sign in facility and none of the icons displayed do anything?
Does it look like it may require a reinstall?

Not on iPad but on my phone its fine. Clearing cached data usually helps. Or restart iPad

It is working for me on my Pixel 4.

Thanks for the help, restarting the iPad has sorted it out. I must remember that on the very rare occasions apps misbehave. Thanks again.
To me its crap since half the time it cannot interface with the different systems in Pharmacies and Doctors practices . I would like to use it, but since being blind it seems to be impossible to upload the documentation and passport picture they want, I gave up using it for more than basic info. I mean it should know who you re better than a doctors surgery who just need my date of birth and name and address, and this goes for pharmacies, so why am I being forced through extra hoops in order to prove identity, just to see some old medical data about me? Another good idea screwed up by the NHS not talking to each other and understanding blindness. Brian
It interfaces reasonably with my records...

I didn't need any of that at all.
The problems I do have with it, is the rigmarole it has me go through, when ever it shows a new message, usually just a reminder of a new appointment. Just getting to read the message, which seems to be several layers deep. I can log in with my thumb print - great, then I have to really dig down to the message, then dig down even further to answer it
- usually to confirm I will attend.
I don't think confirming I will attend, actually makes a jot of difference, so why both asking?
Other issues are it's a small Iphone, and difficult to scrole to all items.
👍 Remember that old joke about dealing with recalcitrant electronics in the first instance (it's actually very effective).
