Is anyone else stuck in a never-ending repair loop with their Samsung fridge?

I am seriously at my wit's end with this Samsung refrigerator. It started with that massive ice maker recall where they had to swap out the PCB and the auger motor, wich luckily was free, but it was just the beginning of the headache. A year later I’m shelling out $345 for an evaporator cover and a temp sensor leak, and then it happened again just recently with another $460 repair for the same cooling components. Yesterday the thing started making this loud grinding noise and the internal temp shot up to 80 degrees. I tried getting help thru thier SMS support and sat in a queue behind 100 people for ten hours just for them to tell me to reboot it. It dropped to 55 but won't go any lower. Now the local shop wants over a grand to even look at it and fix the parts. At this point, I’ve spent almost as much on repairs as I did on the actual unit. Has anyone else hit this wall where you just realize the engineering is junk? I feel like I'm just throwing good money after bad and I'm about ready to go appliance shopping this weekend for anything that isn't this brand.
