I pre-ordered a book a couple of months ago which became available a couple of days ago. This a.m. there was a mail saying they were going to deliver today (Sunday). I didn't see the mail until a bit later and two seconds after I saw it the door-bell went and there it was.
Just as well as it meant I had something to read this evening while I spent 5 hours at A&E. Seen eventually by the fair Dr Natasha (from Rooshia or Ukraine I suppose) who had been drafted in to help with the backlog.
There was a small girl and a teenage girl both with identical bumps on there foreheads where they'd slipped in the shower.
