I assume there's another big push on...
The number of Rivet Joint flights is down a lot though.
Perhaps there simply are no Russian command and control centres left to monitor...

Since both sides have banned press in those areas, it's hardly surprising.
It does seem that Ukraine have put all their eggs into a single basket against a spread out Russian army. The fact they've left significant numbers of armoured vehicles behind suggest some Russian logistical issues too.
That is bullshit.
Yeah, Ukraine took out one of the most important bridges that were crucial for supply and withdrawal of armour.
The stupidity of Russia to think they would just roll over and let them in in exchange for stopping the small war they had in the first place is still mystifying. Also if Russia do win it will be by sheer weight of numbers, nothing else. If they had talked nicely to them at the start instead of goading the people who descended there, none of this would have happened and they might be best friends by now. Russia has always been the ones to rush in where everyone else fears to tread, then leave everyone else to pick up their mess, Loud at Afghanistan. Nobody can ever sort those people out unless they agree to disagree and live together, as you cannot rule with an iron fist and think everyone will just run away.

Putin never believed that.
Modern warfare doesn't work like that.
Not a chance. The Ukraine has been invaded by adjacent countrys for centurys now. Poland, Russia, Romania, Germany etc and the Ukrainians have never accepted that and have NEVER been the best of friends.
That's bullshit too with Chechnya and Georgia alone.
Is that shouting at them ?
No one has ever done that with Afghanistan and Afghanistan has never been like that internally either.
They did in Chechnya.
Good reports on CNN this morning. Mike
What?, news that the war is over, and gas prices will be coming down?
