Sounds similar to one we had , fairly sure it was a Belling but taller than the squareish Baby Bellings that were around in bedsits etc. Ours was for Summer use when the solid fuel Rayburn could be rested. Definitely had a selector switch but I cannot recall the combinations now, Oven , Grill and a Ring , Ring and the rectangular hot plate possibly. It ran quite happily on a 5 amp socket. Wether that was right was somewhat academic , our Lister Startomatic generator was only rated at around 2.5 kW and self regulating what could be used around the house and farm buildings was part of life. Mother was delighted with her first washing machine a Hotpoint twin tub but less happy when she found she still needed to fill it with Hot Water from the Rayburn as the machines heating element caused the lights to dim or go out. Fortunately the mains arrived a few years later in 1964 though being self sufficient in the 62/63 blizzard proved advantageous compared to others not that far away who had already been connected and lost supply.
