how do I get the width I want without a planar?

I have a shop full of tools and I still use a hand plane to thickness some boards. Bob McBreen

Sure is nice to have a shop to escape to. Working with family has to be the most stressful of any. Keep the chips flying. Ed

DUCKBOARDS

They are nice to stand on if your shop has a concrete floor. Unlike rubber mats, they can swallow a lot of sawdust in the gaps.

Heard some interesting news - was wondering if its true

A guy at the shop said there is a quickly growing shortage of real mahogany due to a world wide ban on it - is this true

Power tools: What to buy?

My table saw (a PM 66) is probably the most used power tool in my shop. I would second the jointer (DJ 8) and drill press.

power stock feeder

No production shop should be without them. If you have an aftermarket fence you'll want to secure it at the outfeed end. UA100
