Until recently my other half worked for 13-14 years in an independent TV/Electrical shop. They sold a lot of Dysons. The shop was independent. People came to the shop because they were prepared to pay for service from an independent retailer.
I am curious where you are located and how much it cost to build your shop? I am in the planning stages of a shop to be built next spring/summer of about the same size. I would like to include attic storage if possible, but I'm not sure I want to shingle a 12/12 pitch roof.

That aside, don't they cancel the 'original' card? I always assumed they did. The OP didn't mention which bank it was. If it is one which offers 'tiered' (my word) services depending on income/savings etc, you get the basic card plus the 'enhanced' one if you qualify.
