The Apple Newton went t*ts up. I always thought that Psion had the concepts to be a real world beater. From De Havilland onwards, UK techies just never had the entrepreneurial drive of Americans. Apart from Dyson, perhaps.

Homemade brace question

Usually made of hardwoos, one site mentions apple but I don't see why hard maple wouldn't work fine.

Hand Care

We *always* have vinegar (apple cider) near the sink (acid reflux for the prevention of) - so will definitely try that. (Just been told I must NOT use that on my hands - have to use crap malt stuff. :-) ) Thanks.

Re-pointing Between Patio Slabs

Its about right when its like the topping for apple crumble (before its cooked). Tommy Walsh has a version. Use watering can (no rose) to flood joints, wait for surface to dry, brush in dry mix & tool in.
