Question; I had a broken pipe in the basement,cut out the bad section,soldered the new piece in, when iturned on the water i noticed a very tiny leak,turned of the water and drained the line,then cleaned the area were the leak was with emery cloth then applied flux,tried to heatback up to resolder but i keep getting water bubbling out of the pin hole and the solder will not stick.any ideas on how to fix?

This is just a guess, but could there have been some water left in the pipe as you soldered? A little water makes for a lot of steam. When you resolder, shove some bread in both directions to hold back any seeping water as you solder. The bread will flush through once the water is turned back on.
