What's the tool called and does it exist for spinning the end of socket extensions?

I don't have power tools so I just want to buy a thing that spins bolts or nuts off by hand that is attached to a 3/8" socket extension.

To give some context, often you're spinning off by hand a long bolt using a typical set of sockets (ratchet + socket + often an extension bar) where you can't get your hand on the bolt so you spin the socket extension rod without the ratchet.

Of course you can hold the extension with your hand to give it friction and then spin the ratchet - and sometimes that's perfect - but other times you just want to spin the bolt off.

Or you're spinning off by hand a nut off a long threaded stud which is deep inside of something so all you have is the socket extension rod to spin the nut off.

Sometimes you get enough leverage with just the width of the 3/8 inch socket extension rod but most times you need a bit more leverage but not as much as a ratchet provides - and in an easier spinnable form.

Hence my question...

Is there a "thing" that goes on the end of a 3/8" socket extension that is about two inches or so round in diameter, perhaps with a "grip" of some sort (like rough edges?) that is something you can attach to a socket extension so that you can spin the bolt or nut out by hand?

What's it called so I can google for it?

Or there is this style if "you're spinning off by hand a nut off a long threaded stud which is deep inside of something so all you have is the socket extension rod to spin the nut off."

they're separate accessories, which you can't buy separately and buy with a set. Like, the Blue one here that fits on right behind the socket or extension

Socket speed spinner or spinner handle is what I'm thinking of. It looks like this:

I forgot to mention that it seems to help to put 3/8 spinner handle in the query if this is what you're after. All sorts of things turn up otherwise.

I found it by using "stubby ratchet". No doubt you can find/buy an insert that will give you a male square 3/8" socket drive. ;)
