Touch Lamp Repair

My cat, my now limping cat:), knocked my lamp and everything else off mynight stand. Now, my touch lamp doesn't respond to my touch. It comes onwhen plugged in but that's it. Anyone know if those replacement sensors arethe answer?ThanksDon
