how do i change the battery in Honeywell's chronotherm IV plus thermostat?

Hi, Pull it off from the base plate mounted on the walll. Top first and it swings out and lift. No manual?
There are two pieces to the thermostat. The base plate, which is attached to the wall, and the cover part, ( the thermostat). Grab the thermostat from the bottom and pull straight out and swing upward
