Skil sander parts

I have a gouge in the foam pad on my Skil model 7232 sander. (Quarter sheet)



I went to skil's website, but it's a p.i.t.a. to use.



Is there a way I can make one?

The pad would need to be 4 x 4 x 1/8 inch thick and fairly hard.

I can trim a sheet down.
