Lie?
Lie?
I did not want stupid trade wars causing higher prices, lies about new plants, giving farmers billions of dollars because the Chinese were pissed off. I'm not paying higher taxes, nor did i get the breaks Trump gave to the ultra high incomes.
Glad you are happy now.
Sure and it should have been dealt with, more law enforcement, National Guard should have been brought in to restore order immediately. Instead the lib politicians let it go on for weeks, surrendered police stations, even whole section a city to those rioters. But again, it pales in comparison to an assault on the capitol to try to undo the votes of an election.
Right, just overturn the votes of millions of Americans so Trump could stay in office.
Sure. That's why they came armed with protective vests, climbing gear, bats and bear spray, right?
This from the guy who's complaining about the woman who was shot after the cops and people were surrounded, confined to that one small space, with the rioters bashing out the windows, bashing down the door and the woman was climbing through the window.
Funny, if it was some black guy busting into a liquor store and he was shot, you folks would be saying he got what he deserved, it was his fault.
Except of course for the fact that it's not a lie. The Russian govt did interfere in the 2016 election with the intent of helping Trump. Trump eagerly accepted that help, just like he accepts anyone else without regard to who or what they are, as long as they support and help him. Even after being impeached, Trump was asked in an interview at the WH if he would accept dirt on his opponent from a foreign govt and he said yes. Trump was compromised and subject to blackmail by Putin all along. For example, while campaigning, Trump told voters that he had no business interests in Russia, nothing at all. From the Mueller investigation we now know that was a whopping lie. At the time, Trump had a letter of intent to build a Trump tower in Moscow. Putin and others knew that and could blackmail Trump with it. But there must be a lot more there than that, to explain the bizarre subservience of Trump to Putin. Did the Russian meddling to help him push him over the top? There is no way we will ever know for sure.
I'm pretty sure the Democrats would not have stormed the Capitol to try to deny the votes and stage a coup. What did they do when Hillary lost? Hillary called Trump, conceded and behaved like a decent human being an an American.
Not totally, but better than I would have been. I'm more a centrist. Both parties have nut job extremists. I dislike Nancy as mush as I dislike Mitch.

Yes, he is killfile material. I don't have enough time to read through all of Rods BS.
Due to all of that, would the following be police brutality?
Talking to a cop one day and he was telling the story of chasing a car. The person stops and jumps out and starts running through the back yards . The cop lost him and started searching. After a short time he found the suspect layed out in a back yard. Seems that the suspect had ran into a close line about nose level. The suspect was all bloody where the close line caught him just under the nose and almost ripped it off.
Seems that if the cop had not been chasing the suspect he would not have been knocked to the ground and had a bloody nose that was almost ripped off.
This was about 45 years ago so things have changed a lot.

Snipped for your protection!
No more clotheslines?
Wow. I wish I could run that fast. If I ran into a clothes line, I wouldn't even get a nose blled.
I don't think this one has changed, except that I'm slower than I was 45 years ago.
These people truly believe the process was flawed. I lived in Florida in 2000. I have seen the same thing up close.
Sure, but he made the decision to run. There are consequences for everything we do.
Busting into Congress and destroying stuff is not the way to fix the process. Don't they know that conduct of elections is a state matter? Have they read the Constitution?
Cindy Hamilton
Irrelevant of course. Why they did the insurrection isn't the issue. And they believed the election was stolen because of Trump's massive lies for two months. They came to DC on Jan 6 because Trump asked them to come. And that most certainly is relevant.
It's OK. They were just trying to influence a process.
Ask Greg.
I really doubt 99.9% of the people who went there intended to do anything but stand on 3d street with signs and bitch. Once they were actually allowed to enter the capitol grounds the die was cast. Nobody has answered why they didn't just shoot the first woman who got to the top of the steps. That would have scattered them.
Biden had not taken office and was not there to shoot his shotgun up in the air.
Because this is America.
