AFAIK I barely did anything, was sitting on the side of the bed and just started to get up, moving partially sideways. Maybe I lurched a little.
Is it possible I pulled a muscle in my side? Is it that easy to do?
Is it easier when one is older? 71 y.o. Out of shape.
It's been over 4 weeks and it still hurts. A lot if I move just right. Over the weekend it hurt all over, in a big ring around my body, just above my hips. And I could sometimes feel it half-way up my back too. Could barely move. Spent two days lying down as much as possible. Most of that is gone now, except for the original pain.
Do I need to see a back doctor, or just wait? It takes time to get an appointment and I'm going out of the country in two months, with one big suitcase and one small one. I need to resolve this by then
