Wrong, they were allowed but the europeans weren't that stupid.

since they were warned that

That?s not right either. AstraZeneca was done at cost.

You are wrong on both counts.

Nit that many years ago I believe it was illegal to afvertize perscription drugs but legal to "incentivize" medical practitioners to recommend and perscribe them. That has changes, with "incentivizing" doctors severely frowned on, so now they advertize, hoping to get YOU to say to the doctor - "Hey doc, how about some of the Ivermectin I've been hearing about on TV, or that newfangled Chloroquine stuff?"

Forget that expensive prescription stuff. A very smart man told me bleach should work. I saw it on TV

Yup - it's just like the fancy cancer meds - tha Chemo stuff. It's "Kill or Cure" - but weighted very heavily to the Kill side in the case of the bleach - - -

I heard him when he said what they have blown all out of proportion . He asked a rhetorical question and they distorted his words to mean something totally different from what he actually said . I HEARD HIS EXACT WORDS and he didn't say what you heard from the media . Yup , I know I'll never change either of your minds , but the truth needs to be said . Whether you can accept it or not is your problem , not mine .

I accept what I saw and heard with my own eyes and ears. He suggested disinfectant but did not name bleach. Either way, he is an effing idiot, not a medical scientist.

"And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning?

"So it'd be interesting to check that."

Pointing to his head, Mr Trump went on: "I'm not a doctor. But I'm, like, a person that has a good you-know-what."

I heard what he said too, with my own ears. He did say disinfectant - not bleach - but Lysol or any other disinfectant would likely be as bad as or worse than bleach (which IS also a disinfectant, by the way0

Me too. The previous poster says more about how mercenary he is than about the pharmaceutical compnanies.

But alas, I got my booster shot at 11AM today and I intended to get my flu shot at the same time. I signed up for both a week ago, and she didn't remind me. I can just walk in and get one in 10 minutes, but I'm still annoyed.

My arm is a little sore where the needle went in. Last time I had a mild headache and sumpin' else for almost 2 days. We shall see.

Deaths because of the vaccine or because of Covid?

Oh, you mean because of Omicron.

What I heard even a week after you posted is that it was too early to know if there would be deaths because of it.

It seemed at the time like the infection or whatever was in the upper respiratory track, and not lower like alpha and delta, and it seems it's not so dangerous there, but they won't know until more people have been sick longer.

BTW, not especially directed at you, I saw some well-known long-existing disease (I forget which) for which they have a shot now, and it takes 2 shots to start and 4 per year, every year to stop the disease from getting worse. A lot more than covid and yet probably everyone with this disease is happy to take to the shots. Diabetes used to require shots every day or maybe even at every meal, and people preferred that to the alternative. If we need another covid shot, or twice a year, no big deal.
