Dunno - - possession of Lawn Darts is an unlikely crime .. ... retail - is a different legal kettle-of-fish .. Auctioneers seem immune to these small details ? John T.
It's "vintage crap" that everybody remembers and you can't buy any more (taken off the market for "safety" reasons) vs something a small fraction of the population has any idea what it is, how to use it, or what it's worth.
