As someone else suggested probably the selenoid. Had a similar problem here recently: sometimes the water would work, sometimes wouldn't. Ice always seemed OK but then that's fed from a bucket.
At the lower back of the fridge - where the water line connects -- is the selenoid assembly. Unplug refridge, unscrew mounts, replace selenoid.
