I'm working on plans for a new house I will be building soon. I've not bought the land yet, but want to be ready to build and move in ASAP.
The overall plan will be three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, that is the easy part. It is special techniques that I'm not sure about.
Do houses in Gaza usually have a bomb shelter? Is it best in the middle of the basement or near an outside edge? Tempered bullet proof glass or thick plexi for the windows?
Do I need a safe room on each floor in case of invasion? How about decoration? Should the front door have a Star of David or a goat head?
Just waiting for the land to be cleared or rubble and mines so I can buy.
