I want to replace the upstairs white, flat doors with pine ones.. The original idea was to find some old ones, from reclamation yards, etc.. That was until I saw the prices of them!! I haven`t the means to spend £2-300 per door, and for them to be differing sizes/need new frames making for them etc, so I guess I will have to trot along to one of the sheds & buy their doors instead.. What I am after is advice on the best way to make them look old & lived in, rather than shiny, clean knotty pine doors... I`ve looked at various waxes & finishes, but I`m at a loss as to where to start....
TIA
