Mine cost about three quid. Obviously the _correct_ repeat interval will depend on the drug cost.
And on yours - say your drugs cost £100 a time, and the cost is £10.
If they gave you two months worth they'd save £60 per year. Unless you're in the habit of losing them every couple of years they'd still be better off.
Andy
Yeah, we have that.
I phone her every time she's supposed to take medication. She still screws it up.
Or isn't that going to happen either?
My ex just got a new insulin system that does continuous monitoring and adjustments. She has a standalone controller since they don't have an iPhone interface, only Android. otoh, she gave me instructions on how to activate FaceTime so she could show it to me. That would be a good trick on an Android phone. The reminder apps seem to be available for both.
No, its a yes, we can digest uncooked potatoes.
Like what ?
So can humans and plenty have done that when desperate.
But considerably faster than a ZX spectrum from cassette.
Damn, that's much higher than I would have guessed. Sunday morning I rack them up in the 7 day case, morning and evening. Maybe once a year I miss the evening but it is not life threatening to miss a dose.
I hope I still have the same reliability a few years from now. I do hear from my kids every day so I know I'm still alive.
No idea what mine cost since it's free in Scotland.
And they take f****ng twenty minutes! Labels, paperwork, f*ck's sake. Pick the packet off the shelf and hand it to the customer. 5 seconds!
In the UK we call BT technicians (they fix faults in the telephone/internet cables) engineers. That's not what the word engineer means. Engineers design things.
Remember once a relative was a patient in a mental unit at Fulbourn in Cambs she walked one day barefoot into the Co-op pharmacy in Cherry hinton and bought 400 Paracetamol tablets intending to eat them laters!
It doesn't take that many to screw your insides up, liver mainly, and leave you in a lot of pain.
Incidents like the above are why the sale is restricted as they are!
And Ibuprofen isn't a very safe drug, that can screw up your stomach and kidneys if too much is taken for too long !
OCD would be too strong a description but while I currently do not take and prescription meds I do take a couple of herbal supplements and vitamins. Get up, take piss, take capsules.
Blimey.
Yes, but its a pain for the rest of us who find we have a cold or flu, and no paracetamol, and cant get to the chemist ... that's the moral dilemma, the balance between saving the live of one protester glued to a gantry over the M25, and the possible deadly inconvenience caused to thousands of other people
I try to always have max purchasable paracetamol around, because when you need it, you really need it!
Definitely. As can aspirin.
I've never had the misfortune to read such utter nonsense. There's nothing magical about cooked food. You can get every single piece of nutrition you need from uncooked foods. Firstly, you don't need meat, this is proved by the perfectly healthy vegetarians. No dairy needs to be cooked (apart from eggs), so you get loads of stuff from there. Think of all the uncooked stuff you can put in sandwiches. Fruit and veg doesn't need to be cooked.
Did you have a point?
You cook eggs? Wimp. Push the hen to one side, grab a nice fresh egg, break the end out, and suck it down like a real man. I suppose you want your eggnog irradiated or some damn thing.
Who needs eggs? Read below and you will see there are egg substitutes.
There are 27 bones in your hand.
28 if you are lonelyA few more facts: Meat consumed as comfort food is also and emotional support animal
When two people kiss, they form a continuous tube from butt hole to butt hole.
Every year seems shorter because they are a smaller portion of your total life
55 grams of blood will substitute for an egg when cooking 43 grams for the white.Need more strange facts?
Even eggs don't need to be cooked nutrition or health wise.
Double the fun and have blutwurst and eggs for breakfast. A local sausage maker used to have boudin noir but getting blood became difficult. I think it tied in with the mad cow scare that took brains and eggs off the menu. too.
Big endian or little endian?
Big endian works better. Generations of weasels can't be all wrong.
