What's got into businesses esently? Can't get anyone to help me. Wrote appliance repair to get oven repaired. Called and said he'd be here in the morning. Never showed up or called. Wrote electrician for fixing open circuit in wiring. Said he'd be here next morning twice. Never showed up or called. Wrote MD about problem with recent prescription. No response. Wrote phone company about noise on phone line. No response. Wrote eye specialist about appointment. No response. All letters had phone number, mailing address and email address. Why letters? I have old age problems hearing on the phone, expecially women's voices, and it's sometimes hard to find an email address. Also, sometimes email gets mistaken for spam.
Is it just me? Some nusiness's make mutilple appts and go only to those that seem easiest, most convenient & most profitable?
