i re-extured the inside of my house recently (ceilings and walls). yesterday morning i put Kelly MoorePVA Wall Sealer on , and then towards the end of the day (when i thought everthing was dry, i kept an air mover on the walls all day), i put on Kelly Moore paint. i used a brush for the corners and edges and a roller for the rest. i "thought" i put it on pretty thick, but now ( the next day) i see patches (as if it needs another coat).
is this typical? needing a second coat? or what process did i do wrong? oh, i painted with acrylic eggshell enamel.
