Anybody know who makes Homepointe kitchen faucets sold at True Value?

Seal quality and etc?

If you look at the brand on Amazon there are quite a few items sold under the brand name. Based on what I saw, they are made by the lowest bidder in China or such.
The prices did not seem all that cheap. I'd stick with Moen or Kohler.
