We used to hang out on a road in an industrial park behind an airport. No business blocked.
Back in the day, me and the boys used to slip into an abandoned but fenced WWII airfield with four still-in-good-shape mile-long concrete runways. Drag strip and high speed heaven!
A lot of the cops turned a blind eye too because it was safer there than on the street or mall parking lots. We got chased out now and then- but never had an accident or injury.
