Florida is a red state and we have been voting by mail for years. It was one of the reforms that came after the 2000 debacle. I don't remember any backlash from anyone.

OK fair enough but I bet, nationally, the younger vote is record setting. You can't be blinded by what happens in a college town. Even in your district, I bet the young vote is up.
By November it is cool enough here that real Floridians may be wearing a sweater. You northern folks would still be melting. My kids are up the road from you in Traverse City and they are still not used to 69 degree water in August. They are freezing now and you "ganders" don't even think it is cooling off yet.
Biden painted himself in a corner by declaring the pick would have to be a female POC. Even with affirmative action at work there were choices with more experience and stature. Susan Rice would have brought skills to offset Biden's weaknesses in foreign relations. Harris brings nothing to that table in an administration that is faced with repairing international relations.
No one would get it to zero. Most anyone could have done better. If, from day 1 the President, no matter who held the office, told the truth, made some recommendations, led by example, many lives could have been saved.
A different leader probably would not have disbanded the pandemic group, would have carried through sending two masks to each household as start, not told people it would be gone in a couple of weeks.
Many lives could have been saved.
Monday morning quarterbacks would have won every game. If you can point to a similar country that actually did it right I am all ears. That is not going to be any island or any Asian culture tho. We ain't them. There is really nothing out there like the US (Geographically or culture wise) so comparisons are hard to find. The same people who are not distancing, not wearing masks and not washing their hands would even be less likely to do it Hillary told them to. The kids who are driving the numbers now won't do anything adults tell them to do, even if it means getting kicked out of college, without a refund.
Let me try a different argument. If it can be that some men are less likely to vote for a woman (and I've heard that many time), then I think it can just as easily be true that some are more likely to vote for a woman. And a skirt reminds all or some of those that she is a woman, and increases the effect.
"registered" to vote but were "eligible" to vote basically registered on the spot
Saving lives is much easier if, right at the start you take action. You don't go on TV and tell people not to worry, it will be gone my April You don't lie about it. That is criminal.
Again, it would not wipe it out but it would have saved lives. No, I don't know if it would be 20,000 or 120,000 but doing nothing is just plain dumb.
People still get killed crossing the street because the did not look, but most of us learned what to do. Avoiding infection is not much different, just start to do the right thing when you know.
The apostles of the present administration follow their leader he set a bad example from the start and they followed with full arrogance.
I think the first picture there proves it. Obviously, she's gone around the n'hood and collected abou 30 ballots, she's marked them all and now she's voting them for the Democrats. She's so brazen she let her picture be taken.
It's an explanation, not an excuse. IN one or more states, the states report percent of eligible voters while the precinct report percent of registered voters. Maybe they shouldn't but they've been doing this for years.
So say there are 1000 registed voters in a district and they all vote and 100 register on election day and vote, 1100 altogether, then they show 110% voting.
Or if 900 of the 1000 vote but 200 register on election day. Same total
1100.In other years, people ask How come and they get it explained. Only this year, when trump says if someone sneezes that he's stealing a vote. The thing to remember is that trump is a constant liar, and there is no reason to believe a word he says.
I thought it was good too. For once I could examine all the Baltimore County bond proposals. I even subscribed to the Baltimore Sun becuase they was the only I got on bonds. So what did it say, There are also 11 bond proposals on the ballot. !!!!
Good thing it only cost $1 for 8 weeks.
No you don't. I like looking at female but jean, tight or not, do nothing for me.
I've heard her name, but I don't know what she looks like
I went to go look at her but now is a bad time. I got a new computer 2 weeks ago and I can't find right resolution to use, so most people have a fat face. But not everyone. It's strange. On a map, Indiana and Illinois are short and squat.
But a bigger point is that a s**nk (acc. you) wearing a skirt doesn't make everyone who wears a skirt into a s**nk. I think that question was on the SATs.
That's good.
That would make sense, but I'm thinking of subliminal influences.
Look at how much effort they put into designing campaign signs, and choosing a campaign song (though this year I didn't hear any music until the speech Saturday night, and I asked some Hillary suporters 4 years ago what her song was. They said, "I don't know. I guess it's [some currently popular song about strong women] I thought that was a mistake. You shouldn't need a song about women to get women who think that is very imporant to vote for a woman. You should have a song that everyone likes. Or one with a message that everyone appeciates. "Dont stop thinking about tomorrow." Bill clinton's song, and a very good lyric.)
Maybe so, but every group of votes helps and it's easier to change clothes than to improve one's speaking style. You just have someone buy what you should wear and you wear it.
I rarely if ever noticed that. All I noticed were her pants suits. She wore a dress to Bill's inauguration parties and she looked okay, fine.
Women politicians have as much trouble attracting women's votes as men. That seems to be particularly true in the primaries when there is no party issue and the platforms are similar.
You are not taking into account the impact of "covid fatigue". If you make the precautions too draconian, Americans will be more likely to buck. It gets to the point where people say "F*ck it, if this is what my life is going to be, I will take my chances with Covid". That is particularly true in the demographics where serious complications are thought to be rare.
Wide screen monitor? Get your calculator out and be sure the ratio is 16:9. It sounds like you are using 4/3 resolutions.
BTW, if this were improper, do you think the states and counties would be reporting it?
I'm not used to 69 degree weather in November. A year ago we had 6" of snow for Veterans' Day. Today we're running the air conditioning.
