Cement On Truck Paint

I was driving on a road with some run-off from a house where they werepouring some cement and some wet cement splashed up onto the sides of mytruck. Of course I didn't realize this until two weeks later, when thecement was good and dry. Any ideas how to get the cement off of my paintwithout destroying the paint?Thanks.
