wiring for carrier hot air furnace

I just replaced the circuit board of my gas hot air furnace but Istill have the same problem. The heater runs constantly. I have toshut off the breaker to stop it. I had some guy do a repair and thishas been my problem ever since. Could this just be wired wrong. Ireplaced the wires in the same place as with the old circuit board.Any help out there?

Several possibilities, probably the most likely one is that you have no idea what you're doing. Keep at it until you've fried everything in the unit, then call Some Guy back out and blame it on him. Sue him for a new furnace.
