i have a fault code 31 on a payne gas furnace pg8duu which indicates pressure, draft safeguard, aux-limit or blocked switch vent what does this mean?

Itindicated that the vent is either stopped up or the inducer is not providing air. This is beyond the ability of anyone not traind in HVAC to check safely. You really need to have it checked by a HVAC contractor.
