I've always called the zucchini that we grow just Black Zucchini and now when I search, all that comes up is Black Beauty.
Is there a difference between them? The Black Beauty is an heirloom variety.

No idea, but when does that stop me!!!
I find taste varies with growing conditions too. I like to grow several varieties and mixed them together when I cook them.
Zucchini tomatoes or strained tomato juice garlic onions red bell peppers eggplant California pepper powder oregano parsley salt
Thanks, T. One of our favorite ways is simply slice in rounds fried in EVOO, a little s&p and then serve with a good grating of parmesan cheese. We make a meal of them. Sweet pickles with some heat are nice too!

is a winter squash. Winter squash have tons of sugar in them. Not the same thing as a summer squash.
