I just cancelled on a build with a company called Premier Home Builders in Janaury. They are based in Little Elm, Texas. I have done a little research and it turns out that they have extremely high cancels. It seems that once they get your deposit they make very little effort to build your home. I have heard of people waiting it out since 2005 with no luck getting their home built. I just wished I had researched them before I bought. Now I am ripped off of my deposit.
Other than hiring a lawyer, which the contract I foolishly signed says I can't do, what can I do? I have called everybody in Premier and you go straight to voice mail. They never return calls. How can I, the victim, get back at them and keep them form doing it to some one else?
