Dust PREVENTION strategies?

I am in the midst of doing some serious dusting and cleaning. I have thedustiest home known to man. I have posted before in regards to this issue.I am looking for ideas on how to PREVENT dust from accumulating to beginwith. I do have pets, and I am sure they contribute to the problem.The dust in my house is absolutely horrible. Any ideas?Cindy :)
